FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Ontario, CA - This year Worldwide Marriage Encounter (WWME) celebrates 40 years of enriching and strengthening marriages in the United States and across the world. From June 27-29, an international convention will be held here at the Ontario Convention Center.

"The theme is: "ONE WORLD ONE FAMILY 40 YEARS." The excitement for our anniversary celebration is building, and it is anticipated that over 1000 couples and at least 100 priests will gather for this milestone event." said Tony & Cathy Witczak and Fr. Emile Frishe, the WWME National Secretariat Ecclesial Team.

WWME has been working to change the face of marriage in America and around the world for the past forty years. WWME offers a weekend experience designed to give married couples the opportunity to learn a technique of loving communication that they can use for the rest of their lives. Now offered in over 80 countries and eleven different faith expressions, WWME has spread around the globe crossing language and cultural barriers to become the largest pro-marriage movement in the world.

The emphasis of the Worldwide Marriage Encounter weekend is on the communication between husbands and wives. It's not a retreat, marriage clinic, group sensitivity, or a substitute for counseling. It's a unique approach aimed at revitalizing Marriage. It is a time for spouses to be alone together, to rediscover each other and together focus on their relationship for an entire weekend. Every marriage deserves that kind of attention! For further information concerning the 40th anniversary convention or to learn more about Worldwide Marriage Encounter please contact:
