The First Church of Christ, Scientist Joins Health Care Reformers to Voice Need for Spiritual Care

While the nation's policymakers grapple with ways to make health care more affordable to all, we shouldn't forget the importance of prayer-based care to millions of Americans.

That is the message Phil Davis, chief spokesman and legislative affairs representative for The First Church of Christ, Scientist, will convey to reporters gathered at the National Press Club Newsmakers' Forum on Friday.

Mr. Davis will join a panel of health care reformers hosted by the National Press Club to discuss the future of America's health care system.

Other members of the panel include:
