New York, NY - Last week, Odyssey Networks captured the key faith-related moments and engaged faith’s foremost spokespersons in Tampa at the Republican National Convention. Now as the political spotlight turns to the Democrats, the nation’s largest interfaith, non-profit media coalition will be reporting from Charlotte on the presence of faith at that Convention with exclusive daily videos from the event, including action leading up to the opening gavel. The coverage will run on http://www.odysseynetworks.org.
The Odyssey video team will be interviewing leading voices from a diverse faith community, exploring the Democrats’ effort to appeal to crucial voting blocs in the quests for the presidency. The DNC coverage includes interviews with Rep. James Clyburn (SC), Rep. Keith Ellison (MN), Steve Schneck (Catholics for Obama), Josh Dickson (DNC Deputy Faith Outreach Director), Sister Simone Campbell (Executive Director of NETWORK and leader of Nuns on the Bus), Haris Tarin (Muslim Public Affairs Council-Washington DC Director), Eric Sapp, Executive Director of American Values Network/founding partner of Eleison Group, and Rev.
