Priest fired for refusing to use new Catholic prayers

ST. LOUIS (RNS) An Illinois priest who refused to recite the prayers at Mass as written has been fired, a sign that bishops may have little tolerance for priests who refuse to conform to a new Mass that took effect last year. By Tim Townsend.
